We accept order cancellation BEFORE the product is shipped. If you want to cancel your order please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org sending us email from your register email. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. If your order has shipped, please contact our customer service team to initiate a return, and you are responsible for all return shipping fees.
We accept return on products. Customer has the right to apply for return within 30 days after delivery. Please contact email@example.com for return validation and make sure to follow the return instructions. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. When you do returns we recommend that you obtain proof of postage or use a recorded delivery service via a courier company, as we are unable to take responsibility for packages lost in post. We do not accept liability for any product(s) that are damaged in transit during the return process so please ensure that the packaging and delivery method are secure. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after a few days, please contact your credit card company because it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all these steps and still haven’t received the refund. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org .
